Need emergency help and support

Story
I hope this message finds you well. My name is John Pearce, and I am 64 years old. I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for assistance.
While I was once financially stable, my circumstances have changed drastically.
I have been a real estate agent for 22 years. And a disaster relief manager helping others. I had some difficult years during COVID and used every penny I had saved. Since then My real estate sales have dropped to one sale a year. It has been unsustainable for some time and I have borrowed from all my family and friends just to pay rent. I had to move to Mexico because I could not afford to live in Canada anymore. And the government has stopped the little pension I was receiving.
To manage daily expenses, I started relying on credit cards, but their limits are maxed out. I can no longer meet even the minimum payments.
This financial stress is severely affecting my mental health, I attempted suicide in April 2024 and was struggling to focus at work because I was desperately trying to come up with money for rent. I feel trapped and helpless.
To recover, I need at least $12,000 to pay my rent for a year. Even when I do get a real estate sale it takes months to be paid. I have taken second jobs, but they also pay commission and have not made any money for months. I’ve started learning freelancing as a way to generate additional income, but it will take at least six months to see any significant results. Unfortunately, I don’t have the means to sustain myself for that long.
If anyone is willing to extend a helping hand, it would truly save my life and give me a chance to rebuild. Your kindness could be the lifeline I desperately need right now. Any amount, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.
If we are able to connect, I can send photos of the many disaster emergencies I have volunteered for. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am forever grateful for your consideration and support.

With sincere gratitude, John Pearce
